Can Leadership Be Automated?

In this era of continuous digital disruption, have we reached a point when leadership itself can be automated? Presented at the World Economic Forum in Davos in 2018, Mr. Johan C. Aurik, A.T. Kearney's Managing Partner and Chairman of the Board, makes the case for automating leadership in the first ESSEC & Mannheim Executive MBA Talks.

"In an age when management of most work processes can be automated, leaders can be freed to focus more of their energies where their judgment and experience truly add value. But they must first embrace new organizational models based on accountability, transparency, and collaboration, informed by data."

Joining the leadership discussion are Prof. Kevyn Yong, Dean of ESSEC Asia-Pacific and Prof. Cedomir Nestorovic, Program Director of the ESSEC & Mannheim Executive MBA Asia-Pacific program.
